Booking Terms

  1. Charters confirmation is subject to availability of the aircraft at the time of booking
  2. Flight is subject to necessary & applicable clearances, permissions and approvals. Timings to be confirmed on basis of NOTAM and watch hours at respective airports.
  3. Booking confirmation only on receipts of 100% advance of quotation / proforma
  4. The Quotation & Proforma Invoice are indicative in nature. Final invoicing amount may vary depending on extra flying, taxing, route diversions, watch hour extensions or any other allied expenses, if applicable, on actuals.
  5. Final Tax invoice will be generated only after completion of the
  6. Crew Accommodation & Transport: If any halt is more than 3 (Three) hours, crew accommodation is applicable.
  7. Route Diversions / Re-positioning of the aircraft, for whatsoever reason, will be charged
  8. GST as applicable by the regulatory body/ies of of India.
  9. Use of Airport Lounge not Any usage will be charged extra.

Bank Details

  1. Confirmation
    • Charter confirmed only upon 100% advance
    • Charters confirmation is subject to availability of the aircraft at the time of booking
    • Flight is subject to necessary & applicable clearances, permissions and approvals. Timings to be confirmed on basis of NOTAM and watch hours at respective airports.
    • Any deviations from the booked the flight itinerary will be at the sole discretion of
    • GST as applicable by the regulatory body/ies of of India.
  2. Crew Accommodation & Transport
    • if the halt is more than 3 hours it will be charged at INR 25,000/-
    • For overnight halt it will be charged at INR 50,000/- per night
  1. Other Allied Charges
    • Night Halt Charges for non-jet aircrafts will be INR 25,000/- (INR Twenty Five Thousand) & for jet aircrafts will be 50,000/- (INR Fifty Thousand) per night for domestic airports. For International airports USD 2000.00 (USD Two Thousand) will be charged per night.
    • Watch Hour extensions levied by the Airport Authority/ies, if any, will be charged extra after the completion of the flight.
    • Additional charges levied by the Airport Authority/ies, if any, will be charged extra after the completion of the flight.
    • Manifest (passengers travelling) changes will be charged INR 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) for each

    • For remittances from outside India, or booking done by any person / company whose country of origin is not India or for flight booked from outside India, US$ (US Dollar) equivalent conversion rates, on the day of payment, will be applicable.

6 Cancellation Charges

  • For Any cancellations or changes, if the departure is not executed due to operational reasons / lapse or lack of relevant permissions, in flight sectors, after the commencement of flight program; will be considered as a last minute cancellation. In such scenario the cancellation clause of 6.1.4 would be applicable
  1. Liability & Cancellation by Operator
    • DAPL is not responsible for passengers carrying any contraband items or involved in any illegal activities. DAPL will not intervene or influence any security process/es. Item/s, luggage/s, passenger/s cleared by the airport security will be ONLY allowed to board the aircraft. DAPL will not be held responsible if the security holds part or full luggage or passengers in their process. DAPL reserves the right to withhold the fee received and cancel the flight. The decision of DAPL personnel/s shall be deemed final in such scenario.
    • In the interest of safety for technical reasons, DAPL reserves all the rights to cancel the flight before commencement of the charter itinerary, even if the payment has been received in DAPL by its virtue and goodwill gesture will try to replace the aircraft. Failing to replace the aircraft will limit DAPL’s liability to a maximum of 100% of refund of the payment made by the customer. However, if the aircraft has been re-positioned due to such circumstances to any other station other than the base station, the ferry charges to bring the airraft back to the base will be borne by the client.
    • Under any unforeseen circumstances, for the safety of passengers, DAPL reserves the right to make changes in the product offerings, without any prior notice to the client.
  1. Refund Policy : Any applicable refund amount will be adjusted in future invoicing with Dunes Aviation Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Flight Operations
    • Any deviations from the booked the flight itinerary will be at the sole discretion of
    • The flight duty time and flight time will be governed by DGCA regulations & Ministry of Civil Aviation in India.
  3. Flight Diversions
    • Route Diversions : Any diversions, not limited to, due to inclement weather, VIP movements, defence activity, non-availability of air route (by Airport Authorities / ATC) or any other reasons for whatsoever nature ; will be invoiced on actuals after the flight is concluded in the final Tax invoice
    • Day / Night parking : At times the day / night parking are not available at the airports for varied reasons. Under such circumstances the aircraft needs to be re-positioned to any nearby airport or moved out to clear the parking bay. All such re-positioning / moving outs & bring aircraft back to the scheduled destination will be invoiced on actuals after the flight is concluded in the final Tax invoice
  4. Foreign Nationals
    • Passport Details & confirmed Departure & Arrival Schedule
    • For Defence Airfields, Passport Details & Schedule required 10 days prior to the scheduled Any Changes Not Acceptable.
  1. General Terms
    • Flying hours mentioned in quotation is only indicative in nature. Actual flying time may differ once the flight concludes. Extra flying time, taxing, diversions, positioning & re-positioning, ferry, watch hour extensions and all other allied expenses will be invoiced on completion of the flight.
    • The offerings made is subject to continuing availability of aircraft at the time of charter
    • Passengers are advised to always carry valid documents to travel domestic or international as applicable. Passenger/s cleared by the airport security will be ONLY allowed to board the aircraft. DAPL will not be held responsible if the security holds part or full passengers in their process. In such scenario if the client withdraws to fly with the remaining passengers, the cancellation clause of 6.1.4 would be applicable.
    • Any damages to the aircraft, caused by the client or its co-passengers intentionally or un- intentionally, will be charged on actual billings as given by the MRO. In addition to the repairing charges the aircraft grounding time due to such damage will be calculated as idle day charges of 2 hours of flying per day, as mentioned in clause number 4.3
    • Under any circumstances, due to irresponsible behavior / activity of the client, if any penalty is imposed by any of the regulatory bodies, the client will pay the actual bills or Rs. 50,000 (INR Fifty Thousand) whichever is higher.
    • Under any circumstances, due to irresponsible behavior / activity of the client, if the flight is delayed or have to take night halt resulting into missing the next booked flight, the client will have to pay the actual invoice amount of next booked flight along with all the penal charges or Rs. 10,00,000 (INR Ten Lakhs) whichever is lower.
  2. Declaration : Though we, at DAPL, strive to provide the best of the services in accordance to our customer’s requirements, DAPL shall not be liable to pay or held responsible for any financial damages / losses for any cancellation of flights for whatsoever reasons not limited to technical snags, inclement weather, poor visibility, non-availability of clearances, sudden VIP movements, defence activity, or any other conditions beyond the control of DAPL.

Accepting the quotation, proforma invoice, subsequently confirming the charter and making the payments is deemed that the Client acknowledge to have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth herewith, as applicable to you, and that they constitute a legal binding agreement between DAPL & the client.
